Reservations

A valid Credit Card and expiration date is required at time of booking. Full payment is due upon arrival. A valid credit card and photo ID with address should be produced upon check in. A cash discount is negotiable.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay per room is charged to your credit card at time of booking. A partial deposit is refundable up to two weeks prior to reserved dates (Deposit less $25 administrative service fee per room). Deposits are non-refundable within two weeks prior to scheduled arrival date. We suggest you contact your travel agent for trip cancellation insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your plans.

Minimum Stay:

Winter: 1 night midweek; 2 nights on weekends
Summer: 2 nights midweek; 3 nights on weekends
(exceptions can be made for some special occasions)

* No unregistered visitors in our home.
